Mark Parbus started with
GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals as a sales representative in 1985.
After being a sales representative for 4 years, Mark got promoted to
the position of Regional Trainer and Recruiter where he managed the
hiring, recruiting and training of Pharmaceutical Sales
During this time, Mark
went to the top universities to recruit prospective applicants for the
corporate fast track program.
Mark was then promoted to
the title of Senior Trainer in the National Training
In his position as
Senior Trainer, Mark
managed the development and implementation of a computerized, remote
protocol for sales representatives, district sales managers and
regional vice presidents.
Mark also designed and

product launches for the sales organzation.
He worked on the
