Our Story

Mark Parbus started with GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals as a sales representative in 1985. After being a sales representative for 4 years, Mark got promoted to the position of Regional Trainer and Recruiter where he managed the hiring, recruiting and training of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. 

During this time, Mark went to the top universities to recruit prospective applicants for the corporate fast track program.

Mark was then promoted to the title of Senior Trainer in the National Training Department. 

In his position as Senior Trainer, Mark managed the development and implementation of a computerized, remote testing protocol for sales representatives, district sales managers and regional vice presidents.

Mark also designed and rolled out numerous training programs for technology and product launches for the sales organzation.

He worked on the development and implementation of a mobile call reporting system to be used by sales reps in the field.

After his time in the training department, Mark was promoted to project manager for a software development project that enabled National Accounts Managers to execute contracts with managed care organzations remotely through a secure internet connection. 

Mark spent the last 10 years with GlaxoSmithkline running a $45 million dollar sales organization where he was responsible for recruiting to managing the best talent available.

Mark brings a unique blend of over 20 years of technology and pharmaceutical recruiting and management experience.
