Ashtanga Yoga is a clearly structured and demanding yoga style in which the combination of breath, gaze and pose or asana is fundamental and thus quickly leads to a very meditative and at the same time active state.

The various series in Ashtanga are clearly defined in their sequence, so that the daily routine will always be the same.

This means that after just four weeks or so you & your team will be able to continue your (daily) practice independently without my instructions. I see myself as a starting help for you & your team into the highly effective Ashtanga method. This Yoga style is often experienced as incredibly fulfilling and transformative.

STEP 1

Introduction and theory

I am explaining the philosophy and theory of Yoga to you and your team, things like the 8 limbs of Yoga etc.

STEP 2

Daily practice

Depending on preferences, the yoga sessions may take place in the morning or evening (or even both). On- or offline.

STEP 3

Transfer to self-practice

You & your team members will be able to continue your (daily) practice independently without my instructions.
