Before I discovered it, I felt like I was constantly running on autopilot—doing the "right" things, showing up the "right" way, but still feeling like something was missing underneath it all.
Then the Enneagram came into my life—not as another personality test, but as a mirror. It showed me the hidden motivations behind my patterns, my triggers, and even my strengths. It explained the “why” behind the “what.”
For me, it wasn’t about putting myself in a box. It was about realizing I’d been living in one, and finally finding the door.
It gave me language for my inner world. It helped me see how I show up in stress and in growth. Most of all, it brought so much more compassion—to myself and to others.
The Enneagram didn't change who I am—it helped me remember who I am underneath the conditioning.
It’s still a journey. But now, I have a map.
